lily 1.5.63

[Han-Wen]

.63 is up. It has some doc updates, and another bugfix for an obscure
large-scores-cause-crashes problem.  Also, polyphonic entry is now
turned on by default. This means that you don't have to specify \apply
#voicify-music anymore.
