[Han-Wen Nienhuys]

.68 has some manual updates, and a bunch of fixes, including the part
combiner.

        * lily/separating-line-group-engraver.cc (finalize): don't replace
        right-items, but add to list. This fixes a bug when a staff ends

        other thread has solo.

        not set directions when we have solo.
