Details:

On lines 695 and 718 of py/jk_lib.py from jailkit-2.21.tar.bz2

+chroot+rfile+ is used.  but rfile does not exist.

+chroot+rfile+ should be changed to +chrootrfile+ in all 4 locations. 

There is commented out code at line 670 that refers to rfile also.  The
comment should be corrected or removed.
