Well.... i now know why it didn't work. This is because the directory 
wasn't owned by apache.

so i did a chown -R apache:apache /home/jail/pizr and i can now approach 
it from the web, but now i can't login anymore because:
Jun 13 08:56:00 thames jk_chrootsh[24607]: abort, path 
/home/jail/./home/pizr is not owned by 500

Anyone has an idea how to solve this?
