UPDATE: 
I pocked around the forums some more and found that it might not be seeing the proper /dev areas so I create a symlink for now to see if that would work.  Well that fixed some problems then I had a problem with the setgid and fixed that one.  Now it just says connected, but does not really coonnect:

I get that, but no real SFTP conneciton is made. Any ideas?

I installed Jailkit using RedHat RPM v2.1-1eI4 and tried installing my own using Jailkit v2.3, both are having the same problem.

I can connect using SFTP, but once the connection is made it just disconnnects.  Any ideas?  I have included my server logs:
