I give up.  I need somebody's help and I'll pay you if I have to.  I'm
using Fedora 7, but I'll change to any os if prefer.  I would like to
just have someone ssh in my test box and setup the jail.  I want four
things:

1. An SFTP server that allows me to just jk_adduser to add a new users.
2. A jail that wont allow users to see other users.  If that is not
possible then I'll just create one jail per user.
3. A user cannot see the bin, etc, var...
4. A list of the steps taken to bring up the jail.  This machine is just
for testinng.  I'll follow the steps for the Production server.
