No its not. little unsure how to start it within the jail i tried the
jk_chrootlaunch -j /var/www/jail/web_users/ -x /usr/sbin/apachectl -- start
The command did not return any errors but it didn't seem to make any difference to the error settings..
i have copid the php.ini over using jk_cp command

I am trying to turn on display_errors = on for php files in the chroot
environment but i unsure how to do it as the php.ini is not there and adding
a .htaccess does not seem to make nay difference..
Also if i set a
*ini_set("error_reporting",E_ALL | E_PARSE | E_STRICT );*
in the code no errors are returned
Is there a way of activating this

is the webserver inside the chroot jail?
then simply copy the php.ini into the jail as well.
