[Jailkit-users] Typo in debian/changelog

Hi,

I've noticed a formatting issue/typo in the debian/changelog file.

The missing part is something like this:

-- Olivier <address@hidden> Wed, 18 Nov 2015 20:38:44 +0100

Needs to go in at line 5, followed by a blank line,  pushing the existing line #5 down a couple.

Also, debian/compat needs increasing to 5 otherwise things don't build on debian.
