user nicknames can never be deleted - they are an intrinsic part of a
blockchain which is indelible
if you still have the keys for the account and if you remember the
password then it may be possibly to re-claim the nickname - but if you
deleted the account from your device entirely then you can never, never,
never get that nickname back - nor can anyone else ever register it again
