    - We have some time to make a plan.
    - Reviewing eligibility.
    - Consider partnerships and building up a coalition of European 
privacy projects. FSFE? other groups known to NLnet?

  * Discussing research.
  * Discussing modifying the injection mechanism.
    - Not every browser uses manifest v3. We will need to focus on the 
Chromium development for now. Mozilla is more conservative at the moment.

    - Going through docs. Checking if Firefox implementation is documented.
    - If you run into a road-block, let Giorgio know and it can be 
brought up in the Browser Extension Community Group.
