Google play account

Hello,

I just received an e-mail informing that Google wants to verify the account 
that I use to publish JShelter on Google Play. They gave me a deadline of 4th 
September 2024. As far as I know that account was created to publish both 
extensions and Android applications. It is possible that if we do nothing, we 
will not lose the ability to publish extensions (JShelter is published on 
Chorme Web Store and not Google Play).

The account was not created by me but a former member of our research group. I 
doubt that he would know what I am talking about even if I asked.

Google says that if I do not complete the verification, they will remove the 
developer profile and Google Play applications. I am not sure about the 
consequences for the web store developer profile and published extensions.

What Google wants:

* Some kind of DUNS number

the account belongs to an organization (I am not sure if we are an organization 
but I guess that none at the University would apply for such a number).
* Telephone number where Google Play users can contact the organization.
* E-mail address where Google Play users can contact (both organization and 
individual).
* Telephone number and e-mail address where Google can cotact me.
* Official document to verify my identity (I think I do not want to provide 
that to Google).
* Official document to verify the organization.

There is also the possibility to transfer the ownership of the extension in 
Chrome Store to other account if we have a suitable one.
