Hmm, It sounds like 2 borrowers got given the same borrowernumber (not 
cardnumber)

What might have happened is a borrower wsa made, then deleted, but the issues
data wasnt deleted, then a new borrower was made, getting the same
borrowernumber.. thus picking up the issues.

Could someone check the deletedborrowers table, to see if there is a borrower in
there with the same borrowernumber as the one who has the wrong issues?
