When trying to create an attachment from lynx, I get an error saying

                                Software error:

invalid id:  at /usr/lib/cgi-bin/bugzilla/createattachment.cgi line 46, <STDIN>
 line 21.

As koha is used on webservers, being able to upload patches from a console is 
desirable.
