Yes, exactly, when you click "delete" on this screen.
For example, we have in our DB two notices "Routes"
cgi-bin/koha/MARCdetail.pl?bib=10160 and cgi-bin/koha/MARCdetail.pl?bib=10159.
We want to delete one of them.

In module subcription we have one notice
:cgi-bin/koha/bull/subscription-detail.pl?subscriptionid=86 without item. If you
can, if you dowloan our DB, you can create items in this subscription notice. 

And then, you delete cgi-bin/koha/MARCdetail.pl?bib=10160 notice or
cgi-bin/koha/MARCdetail.pl?bib=10159 notice. We did this for another example,
and we did not have any warning before delete. 
A question wich could resolved the problem : we do not know how to see which of
the two notices 10159, 10160 is linked to notice 86. Is it possible to see it ?
