A similar issue with the same ultimate effect had previously appeared as bug #27
from 2002.  "Marcimport.pl had a bug that caused it to always use ISBN as the
searchfield even if it was not set to anything.  Now it fails back on ISSN,
LCCN, or marc record control number."
