[Koha-devel] Templated opac code

Hi everyone again.

Some of the confusion regarding templating has been caused by the fact
that it is all in the rel-1-2 branch

As the new fully templated opac, complete with Authenticated User
access, will be ready very shortly. 

Unless someone has a problem, I will merge it into main branch. so that
it can go into the 1.3 release.
