Ill backport the 1.2.3 simple acquisitions in.
Ill set it up so if you have marc support enabled, and simple acquisitions set,
you get the current 1.9.2 simple acquisitions.

If you choose no marc, and simple you get the 1.2.3 version.

Full acquisitions currently knows nothing about marc, so that can wait till
after 2.0
