I find the idea of left menu very nice.
However, I've some questions :
* The "breeding farm" option would be best located in "catalogue" part
of Koha imho.
* You can drop the "z3950 search" option => it's integrated in biblio
editing (note a new "z3950 search" should be added in the not-near
future, that would be a "real" external search. In 2.0, the z3950 search
is used only to "import" biblio in Koha (same behaviour as in 1.2).
* Some options should be "greyed" when inactive : for example "add new
item" should be missing when there is no biblio selected.
* I'm not 100% sure this GUI can be done only with template
modifications (but maybe it's possible with some "dirty" tricks)
* The "parameters" option disappeared in a black hole ? or in 4th
dimension ? It should stay in top menu imho, not only in main page.
