As far as I can tell, almost all.  Try the following bash command to 
see (more or less) what templates are used by koha:

grep -r template_name koha/intranet/cgi-bin koha/opac/cgi-bin | sed -e 
"s/^[^\"']*[\"']//;s/[\"'][^\"']*\$//"

I think that the templates need refactoring but I won't be working on 
them any time soon.
