[Koha-devel] .po file, Is this one correct?

Is this one correct? The below is a paste of tmpl_process3.pl command.
It would be nice to have a message at the end:
".po file generated successfully" or so...

Also, is the last Warning in line 47 negligable? If not how can I fix it myself?
