I'd like to get suggetions from the list on this one. I agree with it--meta-
refresh is not just deprecated, it was never in the spec to begin with, as far
as I can tell. It has its uses, but I agree with the bug-poster that this
isn't an appropriate one.
But--do we have a viable alternative? To make some other kind of redirect
would require changes to Apache's configuration. Can that be automated in a
Koha install? I don't know the mechanics of it, so I'm asking for help.
Any ideas?
