What has been added to koha 2.3 this week? Here's a list:

rangi helped the scripts feed the right things to templates
 and fixed a bug from the 2.2->2.3 merge.

oleonard updated the NPL OPAC and Intranet templates.

joshferraro added a way to display ToC and Descriptions.

hellen updated the default/de intranet templates.

hdl added choice lists for sorting biblios and patrons
 added some help screens
 expanded the subscription display
 added support for dashed ISBN
 ported some changes between 2.2 and 2.3
 and fixed some bugs

genjimoto extended the css/en templates with sidebars
 and changed the opac-detail authorwords display
