[Koha-devel] 2.2 => new submenus

Hi,

i've just commited some stuff to make Koha more user friendly.

2 things :
* some css rules changes (in buttons for example)
* a dynamic submenu for each menu (getting rid with submenu)

To test you can :
* update your cvs copy (done only for default templates in english)
* http://bureau.paulpoulain.com:9019/cgi-bin/koha/acqui/acqui-home.pl 
(login test/test), or any other Koha page.

Any suggestion welcomed
