[Koha-devel] Patron controlled passwords

Hi all,

I just committed some code that Andres sent me:

opac-passwd.pl
opac-passwd.tmpl
and one line to opac-user.tmpl

This script allows a patron to change their password from the OPAC.
The template needs to be translated into English and merged into 
HEAD.
