Hi all,

The topic is 'IssuingInProcess' system preference.

"If ON, disables fines if the patron is issuing item that accumulate debt
Allow 'no debt alert' if the patron is issuing item that accumulate debt"

Can anyone explain this further? How does this differ from the fines system preference?
