This pref is still functional.  It is the staff-side equivalent of the OPAC
syspref BiblioDefaultView, and can take one of three values:
"normal", "isbn", or "marc".  It controls what bibliographic detail display
(normal, ISBN, or MARC) is chosen when you click on a bib in a catalogue
search results list.
