Well try to run perl sax_parser_print.pl wherever that file is in your koha
installation directory
usually /koha/bin/sax_parser_print.pl

You should have XML::LibXML::SAX::Parser

If you don't have it then change ParserDetails.ini in /etc/perl/XML
