[Koha-win32] problems with make, make test, etc. in windows

Hi folks,

 I'm trying to install the correct version of MARC-Record on koha, as 
unfortunately all of the versions available to ppm.bat seem to be later than 
0.93.   I downloaded the 0.93 version of MARC-Record, but it pukes when I try 
to install it.

it gets through 

perl makefile.pl 

fine, but doesn't understand 'make'.  does anyone know of a perl package made 
with 0.93 or can help me with the manual install of this package?
