[Koha-win32] Addbiblo Help

Hi All

I've koha 2.2.2b installed on winXP with apache and
MySql and I have this error.I can't add biblos

I have screen shots of the addbiblo page showing
"error" in the browser's status bar.

I searched and found that Add Biblio in default
template calls cgi-bin/koha/addbiblio.pl which does
not exist rather than
cgi-bin/koha/acqui.simple/addbiblio.pl 

so can anyone tell me how or where can I change that??
