[Koha-win32] OPAC Error for users having books issued

Dear All

I am using koha 2.2.8 on windows 2000.  My users/students got error 500 when
they try to login with their card number and password. 

Error message:
Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.

Error message:

Premature end of script headers: opac-user.pl

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
