pistachio release tags for hurd-l4/libl4

Hi,

there is a tag on hurd-l4/libl4, which is "pistachio-0-4-abi".

The code in this directory is for the Pistachio 0.4 release.  You can
get it with "cvs update -r pistachio-0-4-abi" in the libl4 directory.

If we have use for it, I might branch from the tag.  But I'd rather
not to.  Let's see how it'll work out.

There is some newer code in CVS Head which follow the L4 CVS and/or
the L4 X.2 specification snapshots as closely as we can.  This is
often backwards compatible, but in the rare case it's not, we have the
cvs tags.

I just updated everything to be in sync with l4-x2-20040823.pdf.  I
haven't checked pistachio CVS for any newer developments yet, but this
will follow.
