Sure, I put them on

It's a straight copy from my tftpboot directory. There is also a grub
menu file on there. I use it like this:
title Netboot
ifconfig --address=192.168.42.2 --server=192.168.42.1
configfile (nd)/tftpboot/grub/menu.lst
