Hi,
the dummy task server is in place now. It actually creates task
capabilities, but there are no operations implemented on tasks, and
only 4 threads per task are supported :) (that's how many threads
physmem has at startup, that's why).
The ELF loading is fixed now, and memory allocation works.
Now, the logical next step is to fill the task server with some real
life (managing the available space of thread ids and task ids, etc).
