small web page

Hi,

because people sometimes stumble over the attic l4hurd sv.gnu.org
website, I added a small web page to the Hurd's web site to point to
our CVS repository, this mailing list etc.  It's really only very
basic, but anyway, it's the official web page now ;)

So, please update your links to:

http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/hurd-l4.html

And hopefully it will replace the horrid http://www.nongnu.org/l4hurd/
as first hit in a google search "l4 hurd" sometime.
