Details:

i get source from cvs (for first time), and
catch follow bug during compilation:

$ CVS_RSH="ssh" cvs -z3 -d:ext:address@hidden:/cvsroot/hurd co
hurd-l4
$ cd hurd-l4
$ autoreconf -f -i -s
$ ./configure --enable-maintainer-mode --prefix=/l4
$ make
[...]

I think all troubles in absent hurd/physmem.h
