New top-level category in HURD wiki

Hi Joachim,

I juste started a discussion[1] on the l4-hurd mailing list about
gathering documentation in one place about all the design decisions and
discussions occurring on the list, and using the Gnufans wiki seemed the
logical place to some of us.

Would it be possible for you to open a new 'HurdNG' top-level category
in the wiki, for us?
