Yeah.  Unfortunately, neither Neal or I have the resources at this
time to commit to making a final decision.  On the plus side, I am
making very good grades in math now.

You don't even need to defend yourself on this one.  At the root seems
to be a confusion between proprietary and commercial.  Coyotos is one
of the most available and open operating system projects in the world.
You are doing an excellent job at reaching out to people investigating
its merits, and the available mailing list archives provide a track
record and insight into its history that's unprecedented to my
knowledge.
