Ok. Done this (with --disable-shared rather than --disabled-shared)
and get from
$ valgrind ./testpregap data/cdtextfile.cue
...

`.../libcdio/test/data/bad_cdtext.cdt' is too small to contain CD-TEXT
...

So the destructor destroys only what it is supposed to destroy.
