I don't think there is a good workaround. I've not tested it, but maybe
with MHD_OPTION_UNESCAPE_CALLBACK you could have disabled '+' to
whitespace conversion entirely, but I'm not sure.
Regardless, given the many improvements since 0.9.33, you should
probably simply upgrade. Given that the library API has remained
backwards-compatible, upgrading just the libmicrohttpd RPM or even
".so"-file should really not break anything else.
