I found some "FIXME" entries at MHD tutorial and I'm not sure if it was a typo. Look for
"Setting the cookie header" at:
it has:
"... Given this cookie value, we can then set the cookie header in our HTTP response as follows:
FIXME."
Well, "FIXME" sounds a little bit strange, it should be changed to a suggestive name like "YOUR-COOKIE-NAME" or something like this.
