NTLM in LCS 2005

Hi,

My organization uses LCS2005 for messaging and I was trying to extend
sipe(http://sipe.sourceforge.net/) which is a pidgin plugin.
The ntlm code in that library is incomplete and I was making
modifications to the ntlm code as described in
http://davenport.sourceforge.net/ntlm.html
Does libntlm follow the specs given in
http://davenport.sourceforge.net/ntlm.html and can I start to replace
the ntlm code in sipe with libntlm ?
