[Libreboot] Extreme bad I/O performence

Hi,

finally I have installed the actual libreboot on my GA-G41M and installes 
trisquel for some testing. The System installs but then has extremly bad I/O 
rates. Tested with hdparm

@LibrePC:-$ sudo hdparm -t /dev/sda
/dev/sda:
 Timing buffered disk reads: 2 MB in 9.70 seconds = 211.13 kB/sec

It takes ages to install updates. Already changed the hard disk. 
Any ideas? The hd is attached to the SATA2_0 port.
