This is brand new hardware that will be manufactured, with libreboot
preinstalled.

This is a company that is manufacturing a complete desktop/workstation
solution using the IBM OpenPOWER architecture. Performance-wise this is
equivalent to the latest modern Intel hardware, but with a very
important difference:
IBM releases the boot firmware as free software! This means that it's
possible to integrate support for the hardware into libreboot.

This hardware would also be a candidate for FSF Respects Your Freedom
certification status.

Raptor Engineering (the company behind it) is going to manufacture
motherboards with POWER8 CPUs in them, and high-end graphics*.
