[libredwg] Test failure on GNU Guix on libredwg 0.13.x

Hello,

I am attempting to update libredwg on GNU Guix to version 0.13+. 
However, it isn't going smoothly, one of the tests is failing with 
strange errors. I attached the build log as a plain text file.
