[long considerations on FSF vs software patent infringements]

[I'm French]

Can't remain exactly what troll you try to feed here with shewing-gum, but software patents /is a concern/ of FSF, /and/ GPLv3 has been written in order to try to cope with that problem.

Also, /there is a FSF campaign/ against software patents you can find anywhere provided you search just a little bit.

Last, most of approved/enlisted software patents are simply irrelevant nor legal regarding /even the law the country they has been deposit/, and there are countries where software patents are... just irrelevant.

The better way would be to fight at law on software patenting (by lobbying the elected in order they law on, /as large companies lobbies them to do the opposite in order to enlist their lies|robberies/).

Just remain how long and how much painful has been the fight of the farmers of Punjab versus Monsanto on Basmati rice -- the last "patented" an OGM-like, then sued the farmers on /their ages-made-genetic-cross copy/.

Remember farmers have won the lawsuit.

HTH,
TSFH
