Again, you are doing exactly the thing Georgia first and me second asked
you not to do.

This discussion list has expectations for respectful communication. It
also has expectations for topics that are in-scope. Be respectful, and
stop the offtopic discussion about whether any such rules at all are
appropriate. That decision has been made here.
