Interesting suggestion Mr(s). Streondj, perhaps other people might want
to participate in the discussion, although as far as I have seen in this
mailing list (from past topics), the reform must come from inside China,
by the free/libre software activists there. Of course, perhaps your idea
of gathering lawyers might be needed also (because lawyers can also be
actvists).
