GCC and Binutils are using the multi-language-branch of Libtool.
Although the multi-language-branch of Libtool is dead, gcc is
maintaining its own version. You should create diffs against
the gcc cvs repository's versions of ltcf-cxx.sh and ltcf-c.sh
and send the patches to their respective mailing lists.
I don't think there is a difference between GCC main and 3.0.x,
so you should get the benefit of both. I can't say for sure but
I think binutils is using the same stuff as gcc.
