I guess this can be used instead of testing for
AC_PROVIDE_AC_LIBTOOL_DLOPEN and AC_PROVIDE_AC_LIBTOOL_WIN32_DLL to
detect when those macros have been run. They don't work with autoconf
2.53 otherwise.
Has this been mentioned before? Apologies for duplication, I only
struck it yesterday.
