Joe,

The reason it can't be installed is that there won't be a 1.4.4 release,
get cvs head if you want such things fixed, it works a lot better anyway.

for Tru64 wasn't applied to the 1.4 branch? Building modules on Tru64 is
still buggy in 1.4.3 without this fix.
